Andok’s Puts a Chicken Twist on Its BBQ Skewers With New Dokitori

Manila, Philippines — Andok’s is adding another choice to its growing barbecue lineup with Dokitori, a new Super Chicken BBQ Stick created for Filipinos who want the brand’s signature grilled flavor in a more convenient, individual format.

The new offering expands Andok’s existing BBQ selection of Pork Kasim and Liempo with an 80-gram chicken skewer, giving customers a dedicated poultry option within the brand’s growing range of grilled favorites.

Available for ₱65 per stick, Dokitori combines convenience and affordability in a format made for today’s fast-moving dining routines. Customers can enjoy the skewer on its own or order it as a boxed rice meal for a more complete option.

“Filipinos are always looking for quick, affordable meals that fit their daily rush,” said Maverick Leonardo Javier, President of Andok’s Litson Corporation. “Together with my parents, ama ng Pambansang Litson Manok Vice Governor Sandy Javier and Congresswoman Karen Javier, we created Dokitori not just to expand our barbecue line, but to provide our customers with more options to conveniently enjoy our signature charcoal-grilled taste—whether as a sit-down meal or on-the-go.”

Dokitori brings a distinctly Filipino barbecue taste to the skewer format. Each 80-gram serving is prepared with a rich, smoky marinade and finished with a savory-sweet glaze, with lightly caramelized edges adding another layer of flavor.

The launch comes as consumers increasingly embrace individual and portable meal formats. For students, young professionals and office workers, meals often need to fit between classes, meetings, commutes and other daily commitments. Dokitori is designed around that reality, offering an easy-to-enjoy serving without sacrificing the grilled taste associated with Andok’s.

The new chicken BBQ also represents the latest step in Andok’s broader menu evolution. While the brand remains known for its Litson Manok, its recent offerings have expanded into different flavors and formats, including Dokibab, a savory chicken kebab; Shrimpura, a crispy seafood treat; and Chicken Alá Bone, a boneless charcoal-grilled comfort food option.

Founded in 1985, Andok’s now operates more than 300 outlets across the Philippines. Its continued menu expansion reflects the brand’s effort to serve changing consumer preferences while strengthening its position in the local food market. Andok’s is also building on its international ambitions following its initial expansion into Singapore.

To welcome Dokitori nationwide, Andok’s will offer a one-day Buy 1, Take 1 promotion on August 15, 2026. Customers can avail of the offer at participating stores and through GrabFood, foodpanda and andoksdelivery.com.ph.
